The Brazilian energy sector is experiencing a moment of transformation that goes beyond technologies and generation matrices. It also undergoes a structural change of thinking, involving innovation, sustainability, and social inclusion.

During the FIEE Congress, a traditional event on the national calendar, representatives of ANEEL And of Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME) they discussed the future of the electroelectronic industry and the role of public policies in modernizing the sector. The meeting brought together experts, leaders, and executives who shared views on efficiency, digitalization, and the challenges of the energy transition.
In parallel, the launch of the study “Integrating the Gender Component into the Energy Policies of the G20 Countries”, carried out by the MME in partnership with GIZ and the German government, brought up an essential theme: the strengthening of female representation and gender equity in the formulation of energy policies. The document brings together recommendations and experiences that highlight the positive impact of diversity on innovation and sector governance.
These two initiatives reveal the same direction: the future of energy will be built with technology, dialogue and inclusion. The integration between industrial development and social responsibility marks a new chapter in the Brazilian energy transition, more modern, participatory and sustainable.
