The Ministry of Mines and Energy updated the calculation of the Fuel Indices and Prices and References for the purpose of auction contracts. Normative Ordinance No. 98/GM/MME/2024, published in the Federal Official Gazette this Thursday, January 23, complies with the contributions received in Public Consultation No. 160/2024, regarding the guidelines for the Capacity Reserve Auction in the form of a Power that must take place on June 27 of this year.

TESTS IN LT FOR IMPORTING ENERGY FROM VENEZUELA

The National Electric System Operator reported this Thursday (23/01) that the test carried out last week to verify the technical viability of importing energy from Venezuela to Roraima was inconclusive. According to the ONS, “there is a need to supplement information and analysis for the effective conclusion of the assessment.”
